Welcome to BitWithBite. By accessing or using our website at bitwithbite.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Platform

BitWithBite grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our course content without written permission.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without a commercial licence.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.

2. Free and paid content

A large part of BitWithBite is free: cheatsheets, games, the AI tools, and the opening lessons of every course can be used without paying anything. Free content stays free.

Some things are paid, and are always marked as such before you commit to them:

• Courses and career packs — the first lessons of each course are free; the rest may require a purchase.
• Certificates — some courses charge for the certificate. You must still complete the course to be issued one; paying does not replace completing it.
• 1-to-1 lessons with tutors — your first lesson with any tutor is free. Paid lessons and everything around them are covered by our Tutoring Terms.
• School and organisation licences — bulk access agreed in writing.

Where you buy access for a fixed period, it runs for that period. We will not withdraw access you have paid for while it is still running.

2a. Lessons with tutors

Booking or teaching a lesson is also covered by our Tutoring Terms, which set out free trials, lesson confirmation, tutor earnings, no-shows, cancellations and refunds. Where the two pages disagree about lessons, the Tutoring Terms apply.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on BitWithBite — including course materials, lesson text, quizzes, designs, code, and media — is owned by BitWithBite and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI Tools

Our AI-powered tools (AI Tutor, Math Solver, Quiz Engine, etc.) are provided as educational aids. Outputs should be verified independently. BitWithBite is not liable for errors in AI-generated responses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for any loss of data or educational outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

BitWithBite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
